Adding additional machines/operations to the product technology
To add any machine or operation to the order (it can be, for example, an external service) and control its course, we have a simple way:
Step 1: In the left menu choose Settings and then Machines / Operations
Step 2: Choose the green tile in the upper right corner
Step 3: Choose the name of the operation / service that you want to add, e.g. wings settings and save with the green button
Step 4: Then in the left menu select the Products tab and create a new product using the green tile in the upper right corner.
Step 5: Select the product name and click on the Production Technology tab, then Add Operation / Machine
Step 6: We add the entire product technology in turn, also taking into account this additional operation – we add it twice, and then tag – we have the issue of delivery and receipt – then we will be able to see how many products have been released and how many received. We choose the names of the tags ourselves according to the actions we plan.
TIP: If you want to change to color of your TAG you can do it by selecting Settings and then Tags in the left menu. If you want to know more about TAGS – we have another article about it.
After scheduling an order for this product, the production plan will look like this:
Now, when the employee releases products for delivery, he selects a product with a “delivery” tag, then, completing this task, he can enter how many products have been issued, on receipt, the action will be similar.
