What is the best to write down and set as “product” in Prodio:
As mentioned in the Tips section – the best way is to write component element as a product, and a completed product as the external order number. When you also register assembly and mounting times, it is worth to write the main element apart from the list of elements.
Production plan – what can you set as machines / operations?
It is very important to divide to desktop panels (ex. every department can see its machines/operations) constructors/ programmers as separate machines. You can also add as machnes the main providers in co-operation – it will be clear where the product got stuck, when it’s not in-house.
